To everyone that votes for the second choice consider a death drawn out into several months of the worst torture. I couldn’t take that chance because I can imagine it being pretty bad. Off the top of my head, first one of your eyes would be cut open and injected with some burning chemicals. Then your teeth would be drilled and packed with sugar. Your nails would be ripped off. One of your limbs would be subjected to a fungus. Your ribs would all be broken one per day. Your skull would be placed in a vice that was tightened just enough to feel like the worst migraine constantly. Your skin would be exposed to UV light causing severe sunburns which would then be treated with live embers. Your legs would be forced into the splits until they were dislocated. I don’t want to go on but you get the idea. Of course there is the 50% chance that you get to keep on living as normal, but I don’t think it’s worth the risk.
I mean if it was just being shot repeatedly and then being fed to a shark I could probably roll with it, but this is the most gruesome and painful death imaginable that we’re talking about.
Gab, sounds like a typical day at the beauty salon to me–y’all know what I’m talking about girls!!!
I have to admit, this one gave me pause. On one hand, I don’t want to die this instant. On the other, I don’t like gambling. Geezus. I’ll go with the gamble. You can’t beat those odds (from what I understand of gambling). Quick and painless death gives me the creeps. A death I can really feel at least has some earthly reminder to it. I feel my extinction. That could be very powerful. Easy death is like forgetting the world, even forsaking it. The other option is about accepting life, even the life that is nothing but torture and death.
Holy shit, I don’t want to die a painful death, who am I kidding? I’m re-voting.
